JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead site consultation and participate in designing & development
Preparation and drafting of M&E/ Technical drawings for projects, tender submissions, etc.
Space planning, conceptual design development and detailing
Produce detail drawings and specifications for construction independently
Liaise and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors
Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and good engineering practices
Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of work experience in drafting of M&E/Technical drawings in architectural, construction related industries
Familiar in architectural, fire protection & mechanical ventilation system design
Competent in AutoCAD & good knowledge in SolidWorks (3D)
