Responsibilities:
- Mobilise and lead staff / team to solve technical problems from customers
Develop project planning and manage the progress to ensure on time delivery - Shortlist and identify the most appropriate products for customers that meet their requirements
- Ensure constant communication with product vendor to solve technical issues
- Work closely with other departments such as sales team in understanding the resources and requirements needed for the various projects
- Render adhoc and onsite support when necessary
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Infomation Technology or equivalent
- Min 5 years of related work experience with knowledge of Data Networking and Network Infrastructure
- Min 2 years of project management / lead experience
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work as a team and travel occasionally
