JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a Japanese M&E Contractor in the construction industry is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

1) Budget Control

Preparing Project Budget Costing
Meeting with Suppliers / Contractors to get best price for confirmed projects
Monitoring amount of cash receipt and disbursement with budget
Imporvement of Cost
Review and verified monthly invoices from suppliers / contractors
Monitoring / follwing up with the VO items and cost
Preparing revised budget costing
Reviewing and verifying monthly petty cash claim

2) Project Management

Planning Project Organization
Monitoring project site progress and liasing iwth Project Manager to discuss any problem arise
Conducting quarterly project site QA/QC Management Surveillance
Meeting with Client / Consultant / Main Contractor occasionally

3) Conducting monthly project / drafting meetings
4) Planning staff manpower resources
5) Conducting interview for new recruitment
6) Conducting ISO internal audit twice a year at project sites
7) Arranging training program conduct by BCA for site staff
8) Attending tender interview occasionally

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalents
Minimum 5 years of working experience in M&E works
Good capabilities in project management and cost control
