8) Ensure good Presentation of Rebar drawings delivered to Main contractor.
9) Make sure to zero percent omissions or errors in each submission.

14) Preparation of Reinforcement Scheduling.
15) Checking of Reinforcement Rebar Detailing.
16) Ensure good Presentation of Rebar drawings delivered to clients.
17) Estimation of Reinforcement/weight prior to start the Rebar Detailing.
18) Conduct training of Rebar Detailing for New staff of the company.
19) Make sure to provide each delivery on time
20) Organize the work among team members to complete it on time.
21) Having effective communication with clients and maintain satisfactory customer relationships.
22) Team player.
23) Sending RFI to the clients and get answers/feedback from them on time.
24) Assess team members?work and have a good understanding of team members，performance individually.
25) Make sure to zero percent omissions or errors in each delivery
26) Preparing and submitting Reports of projects.
