JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a Japanese Main Contractor is looking for candidates for the positions of M&E Quantity Surveyor. Projects involved are Commercial, Building, Civil projects.

Responsibilities:

Handle Variation Orders.
Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities.
Contracts administration, forecast and budgeting, procurement and final accounts.
Well-versed in construction material specifications.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant Commercial, Building, Civil project exposure.
Experienced in both Pre and Post Contracts
