JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a well known Japanese M&E Contractor in the construction industry is looking for candidates for the positions of Mechanical Engineer.

Responsibilities:

To liaise and co-ordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors and sub-contractors and authorities, and to establish rolling program
To co-ordinate meetings and daily briefings at site
To guide and supervise Engineers/Supervisors
To check all installation drawings and prepare relevant schedule
To prepare cost estimation, budget and control, and to check sub-contractor’s progress claim
To monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulation is observed
To perform testing and commissioning at work site

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ of experience in the construction industry; Main Con, Specialist Contractor with ACMV / HVAC / DCS knowledge preferred
Relevant project experience in the field of Commercial, Building, Civil projects in Singapore
